The ladies hosted Taft College yesterday, defeating the visiting Cougars 4-0 to remain undefeated this season. Kylie Covington opened the game with the Panthers' first goal just 4 minutes into play. Nicole Downing added another point during the first half. Opening the 2nd period, the Panthers scored off a penalty kick by Brianna Esquivel and then minutes later by Caeylee Esquivel. Marina Medeiros and Kayla Del Hoyo held the Cougars scoreless for the Panthers' third shutout this season. The ladies return to their home field Friday afternoon to take on College of the Canyons.
